I was born in Rochester, NY. After graduating high school a year early I moved to New York City to study at the Fashion Institute of Technology. I earned two degrees there, one in fashion Design and another in Fashion Illustration. After working as a free-lance artist, I met my husband, who was a photographer, and went on to manage his studios in New York and Los Angeles. We made our home base in Phoenicia and created the Blue Barn Antiques and Gifts. After many years of family and business obligations, I have finally come back to my art and started showing again. Most recent shows have been at the Woodstock School of Art, Art Upstairs, and Cabane Gallery. I specialize in outdoor scenes in pastel and oil, but I love every medium in art. I hope you enjoy viewing my work as much as I have enjoyed creating it.
